Root-canal obturation was done by lateral condensation, chloroform-dip and eucalyptol- dip technique in single rooted extracted maxillary teeth and apical leakage was studied at 3 and 21 days. It was found that lateral condensation showed less leakage at both 3 and 21 days period than both chloroform and eucalyptol dip techniques. In all the three techniques, leakages was found to increase with passage of time but the maximum increase was in the eucalyptol-dip technique and the increase was statistically highly significant
