Total 270 freshly extracted permanent maxillary anterior teeth and mandibular premolars were selected for this study. An in- vitro evaluation for apical leakage of the root-canal sealers namely, AH-26, Diaket-A, Endomethasone and Zinc oxide-eugenol cement was made at 3,15 and 30 days.
It was found that Diaket-A exhibited the least amount of apical leakage at all durations as compared to other sealers tested. Endomethasone and AH-26 did not show much variations. AH-26 was also found to be the most convenient to use.
