Single visit endodontic therapy in asymptomatic pulpless maxilllary anterior teeth

A clinical study was carried out to evaluate the post operative seaquelae following single visit endodontic therapy in 32 asymptomatic pulpless maxillaryjanterior teeth. The single visit endodontic therapy was found to be successful and there was no incidence of post-operative discomfort in majority of the cases. Antibiotics and analgesics were administered only in case of discomfort and it reduced the severity of the discomfort considerably.
